Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the USA! Orders are shipping in 1 - 2 business days, from Monday to Friday. Shipping takes about 7 - 8 business days, also from Monday to Friday.

What is your return policy?
You can return your unwanted products for 30 days after receiving them. You do however need to pay for the return costs. Unless the item is damaged or you received the wrong items, those we will replace for free.
When will I get paid after returning my product?
Once we receive your returned item, you will get refunded within 14 days.
How can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship our products to the USA for the time being.
What if I receive a defective product?
Rest assured, if you receive a defective product, we'll replace it free of charge but you need to inform us and return your product within 30 days.
Do you offer cancellation?
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you can add an item to your cart, it's in stock and ready to be shipped to you.

We're an online-only store, which allows us to offer the best prices and selection to our customers.

What is the process for exchanging a product?
Unfortunately, we don't accept to exchange your items. You can always return your items and place a new order. But you do have to pay for the return costs yourself.
